Biography
About Lucien Ndabagera
French entrepreneur. Founder & CEO of LUND GROUP.
Born in Burundi and raised in France, Lucien Ndabagera has built his entrepreneurial journey around freedom, relationships and the determination to turn ideas into businesses.
His work spans private aviation, yachting, automotive, Formula 1 hospitality and new ventures shaped by Mediterranean life.

01
From Bujumbura to Rennes
Lucien Ndabagera was born on 24 October 1994 in Bujumbura, Burundi. He moved to France with his family at the age of three and grew up in Rennes.
His interest in business began early. At twelve, he started selling drinks and sweets at school, discovering the satisfaction of finding an opportunity and making something happen.
Those first experiences introduced him to the practical side of entrepreneurship: understanding what people want, building relationships and taking responsibility for the result.
02
Choosing his own path
At nineteen, Lucien chose to pursue entrepreneurship and began reselling sneakers. His ambitions gradually moved towards the automotive and luxury industries.
He moved to Monaco at twenty-one, where he brokered his first Ferrari transaction and began developing relationships across automotive, private aviation and hospitality.
That period shaped the direction of his career and his approach to business: stay close to clients, understand their expectations and connect the right people.
03
Building LUND GROUP
In 2014, Lucien laid the foundations for what would become LUND GROUP.
As Founder & CEO, he has developed its activities across private jets, yachts, supercars, Formula 1 hospitality and bespoke experiences for an international clientele.
The common thread is coordination: bringing together clients, suppliers and partners around a specific request, with attention to the details that make an experience work.
LUND GROUP reflects his interest in building businesses across industries while maintaining direct relationships with the people involved.
04
Fairmont Hotel Monte-Carlo Store
In May 2025, Lucien opened a store at Fairmont Monte-Carlo.
The store marked a new chapter in his entrepreneurial journey, extending his work into a physical retail environment connected to mobility, design and luxury.
It brings together several interests that have shaped his career: automotive culture, international business development and the experience of discovering something in person.
05
Freedom as a guiding principle
For Lucien, entrepreneurship is a way to create freedom: the freedom to build, move, choose and bring ideas to life.
Three words express that outlook: motivation, dream and moment.
His ambitions extend beyond individual projects. He wants to build internationally relevant businesses and share a journey that can inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs.
Respect for time remains central to how he works—with clients, partners and his team.
