Lucien Ndabagera in Monaco

Entrepreneurship, relationships and projects on the French Riviera.

Monaco has played an important role in Lucien Ndabagera’s entrepreneurial journey.

01

A new chapter at twenty-one

Born in Burundi and raised in Rennes, France, Lucien arrived in Monaco at twenty-one with an interest in entrepreneurship and the luxury industries.

During that period, he brokered his first Ferrari transaction and began building relationships with clients, entrepreneurs and specialists across different sectors.

Monaco became an important setting for the development of his career: a place where automotive, aviation, yachting and hospitality intersect through people, projects and events.

02

Developing LUND GROUP

Lucien founded LUND GROUP in 2014 and developed its activities alongside his growing experience and network.

As Founder & CEO, his work brings together private aviation, yacht charter and brokerage, automotive, Formula 1 hospitality, villas and concierge services.

His connection to Monaco forms part of that international business. The Principality and surrounding Riviera bring together many of the industries in which he works, creating opportunities to connect services, suppliers and client requests.

The Fairmont Hotel Monte-Carlo Store

In 2025, Lucien opened a store at Fairmont Monte-Carlo.

The concept store brings together mobility, design, art and exceptional machines in a physical retail environment, where visitors can discover products, meet people and experience the brand in person.

Monaco and the wider Riviera

Lucien’s work also extends into the surrounding French Riviera, where events and hospitality projects often connect with Monaco’s calendar.

During the 2026 Monaco Grand Prix weekend, he personally coordinated LUND GROUP’s presentation of a Benetton B195 Formula One car at HEAVENSAKE’s tenth-anniversary celebration in Cap Martin.

The project brought together automotive heritage, brand hospitality and event coordination—several of the interests that run through his business portfolio.
