Lucien’s interest in private aviation developed alongside his early work in automotive and luxury services.

After moving to Monaco at twenty-one, he built relationships across industries where travel, timing and personal coordination play an important role.

Private aviation became a natural extension of that work: understanding a client’s requirements and bringing together the relevant specialists around a journey.

Lucien created Mon Avion in 2016 as a brand focused on private aviation.

Within LUND GROUP’s aviation activities, Mon Avion reflects his interest in private jet charter and the commercial relationships that support it.

The brand forms part of his wider entrepreneurial portfolio, connecting aviation with the travel and hospitality requirements of an international clientele.

Lucien’s work centres on client relationships, commercial development and coordination with aviation professionals.

A flight enquiry begins with the practical brief: departure and destination, dates, passenger numbers, luggage requirements and preferences.

From there, his role involves identifying relevant options, communicating with providers and coordinating the commercial discussions around the request.

The aircraft operator remains responsible for operating the flight. LUND GROUP’s role is to arrange and coordinate the request with the relevant aviation providers.

Through LUND GROUP’s aviation activities, Lucien works on charter requests for business travel, personal journeys and travel connected to events.

Different journeys call for different priorities. A client may need a particular departure time, an itinerary involving several destinations or an aircraft suited to the travelling group.

His approach is to understand those requirements before discussing the available options with operators and aviation partners.

Alongside charter, Lucien is developing relationships with aircraft sales companies and co-brokers.

This work involves understanding a prospective buyer’s or seller’s brief, identifying relevant commercial contacts and exploring opportunities for collaboration.

It extends his aviation interests into aircraft sales and acquisition, with an emphasis on relationships between clients and specialist professionals.

On 4 April 2025, LUND GROUP published an announcement with Luxaviation Group describing a partnership across private aviation and luxury experiences.

The announcement included Mon Avion’s charter activities and provides a dated record of Lucien’s business development work in the sector.
