Formula 1
Grand Prix hospitality, business relationships and motorsport projects.
Formula 1 connects several of Lucien Ndabagera’s entrepreneurial interests: automotive, international travel, hospitality and brand experiences.
Through LUND GROUP, his work involves coordinating hospitality requests and developing commercial relationships around Grand Prix weekends.
His involvement also extends to projects that bring motorsport into other settings, including concept retail and private brand events.

01
Lucien’s work in Formula 1 sits within LUND GROUP’s wider activities across mobility and hospitality.
A Grand Prix enquiry can involve several connected requirements: the hospitality setting, attendance days, guest numbers, accommodation and travel.
His role centres on understanding the occasion, discussing suitable arrangements with suppliers and coordinating the commercial relationships around the request.
02
Different guests approach a race weekend with different priorities.
A private group may be planning a shared experience with friends or family. A company may be hosting clients, partners or executives and need a programme suited to its guests.
Through LUND GROUP, Lucien works on those briefs and the conversations around relevant hospitality options.
Depending on the event and available arrangements, enquiries can involve Paddock Club, private suites, trackside terraces or yacht-based hospitality. The specific setting and inclusions are confirmed for the selected event and product.
03
During the 2026 Monaco Grand Prix weekend, Lucien personally coordinated LUND GROUP’s presentation of a 1995 Benetton B195 Formula One car at HEAVENSAKE’s tenth-anniversary celebration.
Held in Cap Martin on 6 June 2026, the event brought an example of motorsport history into a private brand hospitality setting.
The project connected several aspects of his work: automotive relationships, event coordination and the experience created around a physical object.

In 2025, Lucien opened a store at Fairmont Monte-Carlo, extending his work into concept retail.
The store brings together mobility, design, art and exceptional machines in a physical setting.
For Lucien, the project connects his interest in automotive culture with the experience of discovering products and meeting people in person.

05
A hospitality request often involves more than the time spent at the circuit.
Guest arrival, accommodation, transfers and other plans need to connect with the attendance programme.
Lucien’s work across private aviation, yachting and hospitality gives him a perspective on how those arrangements fit together. The practical focus is communication between providers and an understanding of the group’s priorities.
06
Formula 1’s surrounding hospitality environment creates opportunities for brands, venues and service providers to work together.
Lucien welcomes relevant conversations involving guest programmes, automotive displays, private events and commercial relationships.
His approach starts with the proposed project: its audience, setting, timing and the contribution expected from each party.
For partnership enquiries, include your company, the Grand Prix or location concerned and the arrangements you would like to discuss.
07
Lucien’s work provides a perspective on the intersection of entrepreneurship, Formula 1 hospitality, automotive culture and luxury services.
Relevant interview topics include commercial relationships, coordinating guest programmes and developing brand experiences around major events.
